For Preventative Maintenance customers, your current agreement will remain unchanged. The terms and conditions of your agreement, including rates and maintenance and service coverage, will continue to apply. Upon the expiration of your current agreement, Enercare is excited to offer you a wide range of new service and maintenance agreements to better support your business.
A: Your existing agreement will remain in effect until the agreement end date. Upon expiration of the agreement, we can work with you to determine the best Enercare Protection Plan/Preventative Maintenance program is best suited for your equipment.
A: If you already have your maintenance appointment booked, it is business as usual, we will see you on your appointment date as scheduled. If you need to change your date, call 1-800-678-9478 to schedule a new date and time.

A: Starting in August 2024, any bill you receive will come directly from Enercare, your payment options will remain unchanged, but your payments will now be directed to Enercare. Additionally, you will need to update your accounts payable and set up Enercare as a vendor.
A: The Membership agreements to which you currently subscribe will end on contract end date. Upon renewal we will work with you to determine the best Enercare Protection Plan/Preventative Maintenance agreement best suited for your equipment.
A: The same warranty coverage will continue to apply.
A: Upon servicing your equipment, the Enercare technician will assess eligibility for warranty coverage. If you have previously purchased extended warranty coverage, please provide the technician with any available documentation. If your service/repairs are deemed covered under warranty, the technician will register the warranty claim on your behalf.
