Customer Convenience and Loyalty Call is a walk-through and an innovative service we offer here at Service Experts. A CCLC report is a joint process that is done when we have a service call with a new customer or existing or when completing a PMA. It’s a questionnaire that is completed by the Account manager or sales consultant with a Service Experts technician present to evaluate and rate the state of your existing HVAC system.
The Rating system used, is in place to provide a consistent evaluation of equipment during preventive maintenances or surveys. Each unit is broken down into six sections. Each section is then broken down into specific areas, and given a special rating.
Booking a CCLC with service experts will have you reaping the benefits. A common piece of advice in business is that sixty-eight percent of customers changing suppliers do so because of neglect.
